
As promised, here is the artichoke recipe I said I would share with you. |
It was sent to me by a friend after I had it at her house, and it is literally the easiest, most delicious dip that is such a fabulous starter (especially for when we can have guests at our homes again one day đ

Ingredients:
2 tins artichoke hearts drained and mashed (tins are hard to come by, the jars of marinated artichokes from WW will do too and are what I have used and have been delish!)
1 Cup grated Parmesan (I didnt have Parmesan this last time I made it and substituted with Mozzarella and it was just as delish)
Half a cup tangy mayo
1/2 tspn crushed Garlic
Cooking:
Bake in shallow dish for 40 min Grill for 10
I also found an alternative method of cooking as our oven stopped working mid-lockdown!! SO easy – simply pop in airfryer for 15minÂ
Voila
Delicious on sourdough or crackersÂ
So delish!! I also never ate artichokes before Ju served this dish! x
