Bowel Balance | Review

When I was first approached and asked if I wanted to be part of a community chosen to trial Bowel Balance and feedback on my experience my first instinct was to shy away from the opportunity. Speaking about toilet habits is something we just don’t do… not publicly anyway!

It wasn’t until the company who approached me explained that around 20% of women suffer IBS, and because it is something considered ‘taboo’ more than half of these women continue to suffer in silence. I was encourgaed that by me simply opening the conversation, I could potentially bring a stop to many of you who may be suffering in silence… It was enough of a reason for me to suck it up and open my mind to talking about the subject of poop !! 🙂

I was given enough Bowel Balance to share with women in my community who suffer IBS type symptoms. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to find 13 ladies suffering with this. The conversation was started freely, and it was clear to me how much pain and discomfort this condition causes so many ladies! I was immediately grateful for the opportunity to hopefully help them by introducing a product that promised to be “Nature’s Super Mop for your Tummy”.

Each lady was given 2 months supply of Bowel Balance, and they were also offered and given additional boxes for family and friends who they knew were suffering the same or similar symptoms.

Many of these ladies seemed to suffer many or most of the the following symptoms:

  • Constipation / difficulty having bowel movements
  • Bloating
  • Discomfort or pain in abdominal area
  • Fatigue
  • Anxiety and or depression

It is so easy to believe that not being regular or having pain or bloating in abdominal area can cause someone to be anxious or even depressed. I am pretty regular, and I know that on days when I am not my day does not start the right way I feel frustrated and even a little down. I can only imagine how it would make someone feel if that was their norm. When I go away from home it affects my movements and it just so happened that we went to Bali nearly 2 weeks into me starting Bowel Balance. It was incredible to see that even though we moved around to 4 different places in our short 2 weeks, I was regular ! That was huge for me!

The feedback I received from the ladies who trialled Bowel Balance alongside me was varied, but majority of the feedback was incredibly positive!
Of the 13 women who tried Bowel Balance with me, 10 of them found it helped them tremendously. Symptoms like pain and bloating were said to have been reduced, if not diminished completely, and going to the toilet became much more regular. It was noted in many of the ladies that Bowel Balance did seem to make them more gassy for the first week of use, but after week one was over everything seemed to settle and positive results were experienced. One of the 13 women found that the increased gas didn’t leave and so she stopped using, and the other two women felt they didn’t know enough about Bowel Balance and so didn’t take them.

Do you suffer from any of the below-mentioned IBS symptoms? If you do then myself as well as 10 other women who I know first-hand trialled this product, can highly recommend Bowel Balance to you. This shouldn’t be a condition you suffer in silence.

All information shared above is 100% my own and 100% honest feedback from my experience and that of those ladies who trielled Bowel Balance for the purpose of this review. I was paid to manage the group of ladies who trielled the procuct, as well as to put my experience down in this blog post, but that does not detract from the authenticity of our experience .
