I started my business in 2011 when I opened a menswear boutique in the heart of Pretoria. A few years in i started doing markets with my tshirt that I designed myself. In the beginning i had four little piles of stock , after selling out most of the time. I decided to expand my range.
The part of my job i love the most is dressing and connecting with customers. Seeing them come back after years of purchase, commenting on the interesting illustrations and the excellent quality of my Tshirts. Playing around with multimedia art forms such as illustration , watercolor And ink sketches I found the best way to print these on fabric was with a digital printer. Dtg printing is the best printing method.The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment and It’s like printing on paper. We also heat seal the image afterwards which means the print will last longer and is sealed in the fabric.
